Most Americans are in denial and believe that the financial system is just fine.

But the truth is that the United States is facing an economic crisis of unprecedented magnitude.

Normally we are not big fans of Glenn Beck, but in the video below he does a great job of showing the insane amount of dollars that we are injecting into the economy.

The only way that this madness can end is in financial disaster.

The man who managed Senator John McCain's presidential campaign office in Pueblo, Colorado has been arrested for child molestation.

52 year old Jeffrey Claude Bartleson has been accused of molesting the 5 year old son of a campaign worker during an overnight visit.

This is just another example of how you cannot let your kids spend the night with ANYONE in this day and time. The truth is that the number of perverts and sickos in America is rapidly increasing as the morality of the United States continues to go down the toilet.

This particular sicko apparently positioned himself so that he was always around children.

He volunteered as a Scout master and as a sponsor of the chemical-dependency unit at Pueblo's Parkview Medical Center. He was also known to regularly invite children to spend the night at his home.

At this point nobody is sure how many children this sicko molested, but it looks like it is probably a lot.

The sad thing is that there is a LOT more of this going on in the political arena than most Americans would DARE think.

It is time to wake up and face the reality that America is going down the toilet very quickly.

More fearmongering.

And this time it is getting ridiculous.

In the video below, Nancy Pelosi claims that 500 million Americans will lose their jobs if this economic stimulus bill is not passed.

Considering the fact that there are only approximately 300 million people in America that would be an amazing feat.

Perhaps they will import 200 million illegal aliens and have them lose jobs too.

Of course Pelosi probably meant to say "thousand" in this clip, but this is still fearmongering.

The reality is that the "economic stimulus" bill has tons of money for things like abortion and "family planning" that have NOTHING to do with fixing the economy.

The historical parallels between the fall of the Roman Empire and the current collapse of the American republic are astounding.

The video below does an amazing job of showing the similarities between the two empires. For a 4 minute video it is extraordinary.

Will we learn from history or will we repeat it?

How will history remember us?

The mainstream media spent endless hours telling the American people how important the 700 billion dollar Wall Street bailout bill was.

President Bush, Barack Obama and the Democratic congressional leadership were in favor of it.

When both sides agree on a bill, you know that something must be fishy.

With a little arm twisting they got the bailout passed.

Do any of you know where the 700 billion dollar figure for the bailout came from?

Why 700 billion?

Why not 500 billion or 900 billion?

The truth might shock you:

"It's not based on any particular data point," a Treasury department spokeswoman told Forbes.com. "We just wanted to choose a really large number."

Just wonderful, eh?

They got their large number.

The bailout bill was developed very secretively, and once it was finally unveiled, Congress was given only 18 hours to look it over before voting on it.

In fact, House leaders invoked a "martial law" rule in an attempt to push the bill through.

Representative Burgess of Texas was one of the most outspoken critics of how the bill was pushed on members of Congress.....

“I have been thrown out of more meetings in this capital in the last 24 hours than I ever thought possible, as a duly elected representative of 825,000 citizens of north Texas” Congressman Burgess said at the time.

Representative Burgess also added this chilling statement: “Mr. Speaker I understand we are under Martial Law as declared by the speaker last night.”

So what did Barack Obama and John McCain think about all of this? Of course they both supported it.

What else would you expect?

Both of them are in the pockets of the international bankers.

What did Wall Street think once the bailout was passed? Well, they were lining up like rabid dogs ready for a fresh meal:

"Even as policy makers worked on details of a $700 billion bailout of the financial industry, Wall Street began looking for ways to profit from it."

Once they got a hold of the first 350 billion dollars, the Wall Street banks would not say where the money went or what they were doing with it.

Just great, eh?

The reality is that the American taxpayers were ripped off.

Even some members of Congress told the truth, but the American people did not listen.

The following video makes some really great points starting at the 1:07 point. This Congresswoman had a really good grasp of what was really going on with this Wall Street bailout.....

When the American people voted in Barack Obama, they thought that they were voting in a huge change. But mostly things have not changed, and the scariest thing of all is that Obama is continuing some of the most horrifying aspects of the Bush presidency.

One thing that Americans should learn is that you can't trust the words of a politician. You have to watch and see what they do.

As Matthew 7:16 tells us.....

"Ye shall know them by their fruits"

So let's take a look at some of Obama's fruits so far and see how they compare with Bush.

First of all, the Los Angeles Times is reporting that Obama has actually issued an executive order authorizing the continued use of secret "renditions" by the CIA. If you don't know what a "rendition" is, that is when the CIA secretly grabs someone off the street anywhere in the world and takes that person to a secret prison where they are secretly "interrogated" and abused.

The European Parliament has called renditions "an illegal instrument used by the United States."

But apparently Obama sees no problem with them whatsoever.

Obama talks about getting back to "American" values, but when he continues the policies of George W. Bush, how is that "American"?

Well, what about the wars?

Wasn't Obama supposed to be the anti-war candidate?

Guess again.

In fact, Obama got started bombing other countries a lot faster than George W. Bush did when he became president.

It took Obama only three days after his inauguration before he started bombing Pakistan.

And yes, Obama is going to reduce the troop levels in Iraq a bit, but he is also going to DOUBLE the number of troops in Afghanistan.

Well, certainly Obama will do something about the horrific environmental hell that the U.S. military has created in Iraq and Afghanistan through the use of depleted uranium weapons, right?

Certainly any sane president would ban those weapons, wouldn't he?

Sorry.

The U.S. military continues to use those dirty weapons that are literally turning Iraq and Afghanistan into uninhabitable hellholes.

Will Obama change his mind?

Don't count on it.

The reality is that he answers to the same people that George W. Bush answered to.

If you were a big fan of President Bush, then you are likely to love President Obama.

But if you were hoping for "change" then you are out of luck I am afraid.
