The 10 Cruelest Quotes From Critics Of Sarah Palin

The radical, militant liberals of this country have shown their true colors in their treatment of Sarah Palin. Rather than treat her with respect, they have showered her with hate and cruelty and incredibly sexist comments. After all, would they talk about a man like this?:

"I don't want Sarah Palin being the representative leader and custodian of my rights, my Constitution and my country any more than I want polygamist compound leader Warren Jeffs baby-sitting for my preteen goddaughters."
-Cintra Wilson, Salon.com

"Palin has a toned-down version of the porn actress look"
-Heather Mallick

"She's friends with all the teenage boys"
-talk-show host Randi Rhodes

"like a really bad Disney movie"
-actor Matt Damon

“primary qualification seems to be that she hasn’t had an abortion.”
-A Democratic state chairman

"Bristol Palin will no doubt be a fine example as a first teen, particularly now that her mother is inflicting an old-fashioned shotgun wedding on the hapless, horny, condomless youth who impregnated her."
-Cintra Wilson, Salon.com

"What normal father would want Levi "I'm a ******* redneck" Johnson prodding his daughter?"
-Heather Mallick

"Sarah Palin is a bit comical, like one of those cutthroat Texas cheerleader stage moms."
-Cintra Wilson, Salon.com

“Her greatest hypocrisy is in her pretense that she is a woman.”
-A University of Chicago professor

"You can put lipstick on a pig. It's still a pig."
-Barack Obama

Barack Obama vs. Sarah Palin (Palin is the shark):

  1. Cintra Wilson at Salon.com is funny! Thanks for directing me to her site. Name any political candidate who hasn't been hit below the belt. Hillary was attacked for months and Palin said that any woman in politics needs to "quit whining." Those who were just attacking her clothing, hair, and makeup are now defending Governor Palin and asking people not to be so "mean"?!?!?! McCain is hitting very low with his lying ads regarding Obama. Oh, by the way, it's clear that Obama was not speaking of Palin with the lipstick on a pig comment, but of her and McCain's campaign promises. 2. I've been following your blog, and it's amusing to see the pretense of balance slip.

Did you complain about the inane sexism shown against Hillary Clinton?

Did you complain about the racism shown against Obama? Whether you support him or not, there's no doubt that, for example, Bill O'Reilly wouldn't have treated any white presidential candidate the way he treated Obama...

More, the "sexism" aimed at Sarah Palin has been largely bsed on the way she has portrayed herself. She's the member of a church which preaches that women should be mothers first and not leaders of men. And yet she is running for high political office. She supports abstinence only sex education, yet she got pregnant before she got married, and her unmarried daughter is also pregnant. Palin has a frankly whacko and extreme position on abortion.

Why not list the criticism of Palin that there has been from the Right? Plenty of politicians and commentators on the right think the Palin choice was cynical and unwise.

I've not seen that mentioned here.

But anyway - I do enjoy your blog. Keep it up :)
